- Cabin Crew (Job Code: CC1): Pleasent male/female candidates, 18 to 26 years of age with good complexion and height, appropriate BMI, proficient in English and Hindi, and with a minimum educatonal qualification of +2
- Airport Managers (Job Code: AM2): Minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience in any airlines
- Airport Supervisiors (Job Code: ASR3): Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in any airlines
- In-Flight Supervisors (Job Code: IFS4): Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in any airlines
- Pilots (P1) (Job Code-PIL5): Senior First Officers/captains with Indian ALTP License
- Ground Instructors (Job Code: GIS6): For different aviation fields including air safety, meteorology, air regulations, performance etc. CPL holders with airforce instrctor background or relevant industry experience in any airlines.
- Technical Instructors (Job Code: TIS7):
- Performance Instructors (Job Code- PIS8): Aeronautical Engineers with minimum five years experience.in any airlines/airforce background.
